Camel Coats

I have a really big problem with coats. I looooove them so much, but it's only cold enough to wear coats in LA for about 0.004% of the year. Don't get me wrong - somehow that's never stopped me from unnecessarily purchasing them anyway (woooops). My favorite time to buy coats is actually early spring and late summer because everything is on sale, so it makes me feel less guilty for buying them (hehe). But hey, fall and winter time will do just fine also!

I got this gorgeous suede coat via Revolve back in April when I was prepping for our trip to Paris (it was supposed to be cold and rainy all week) and I got it at an absolute steeeeeal. Like, seventy-dollars-final-sale, steal. Unfortunately I can't find the same coat anymore but there are plenty of good styles to shop through, so don't worry!

Since it just barely started cooling down in LA, I initially styled this coat with a black dress. I thought it would be perfect for a cocktail or holiday party. Now that the temps have finally dropped, I'll definitely be rocking this with some jeans and sneakers. And of course, it wouldn't be fall without some over the knee boots, so expect to see this number on heavy rotation guys!

I absolutely love the collar on it and the suede gives it juuuust the perfect touch of luxury. The best part about coats (not just this one) is that they really don't go out of style. A classic coat is always trending and a good camel colored one is definitely a staple that every girl should have in her closet. If there's one thing you're going to invest in this winter, I say you make it the perfect camel coat! Did somebody say Christmas wish list?!
